Ursula Adams is a certified Leadership Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach who is passionate about helping leaders capitalize on their individual and organizational strengths to build better workplaces.
She serves as the Organizational and Leadership Development Lead for Ford Motor Company's IT skill team and is co-founder of Ford's Leadership Guild, a global, peer-to-peer, learning organization. Prior to joining Ford, Ursula contributed sixteen years of her life to strengthening regional philanthropy in Detroit - pioneering the uses of digital media, integrated marketing, strengths-based organizational development, and employee engagement at United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Her award-winning programs resulted in both an EFFIE and a Gallup Great Workplace Award for United Way. Outside of her work with Ford, Ursula is the founder of the SheHive, an online women's empowerment collective, and Co-Founder and Creative Director of the Yes, And Coaching Institute which prepares individuals for the International Coaching Federation's Level 1 Coaching accreditation. |
