From sales to comedy and from theatre to leadership development, Rachel Bellack has learned a lot about people. Inspired by the quote “words create worlds” she is passionate about assisting individuals and organizations to become resilient, collaborative and emotionally intelligent in order to create the world of their dreams.
Rachel is an ICF Credentialed Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant as well as a professional actor, director and producer. She uses Strengths Based Coaching, Positive Psychology and Applied Improvisation approaches to assist individuals, teams and organizations in areas such as leadership development, agility and resilience, culture and change management, diversity, equity and inclusion, innovation and creativity. After moving to the USA from Canada, she was invited to join the famed Second City as an instructor at the Detroit Training Center and has served as faculty and guest lecturer at a variety of universities. As a coach, speaker, and facilitator with a performer’s unique flair, she offers stimulating and entertaining workshops and learning programs that apply acting and improv methodology to “real world” leadership, coaching and training. Rachel’s articles on Leadership have appeared in Forbes, Training Magazine and HR.com and is a contributing author to the book “Words of Wisdom” along with Brian Tracy and Dr. John Gray (2014) She received her Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development & Change at Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®) |
