How many times have you tried to change something about yourself, only to find yourself slipping back into old habits?
Whether you're trying to change a behavior, a habit, or your current circumstances - change is never easy. The process is likely to be more “one step forward, two steps back” than the smooth, straight-forward march you’d like it to be. And change is especially tough if you haven’t created a powerful vision for what you want to keep you grounded when the going gets tough - when willpower wanes and competing priorities start to vie for your attention. This three-hour session will introduce you to an evidence-based framework you can apply to create a powerful vision for your future and sustainable plan to get there. |
